Seamless boiler tube is a steel tube manufactured by seamless process, specially designed for high temperature and high pressure equipment such as boilers, with high strength, good heat resistance and corrosion resistance, used for efficient and safe transmission of steam or hot fluid medium.
Seamless pipe, as the name suggests, is a pipe without a seam or a weld-joint. Seamless Steel Pipe is made from a solid round steel ‘billet’ which is heated and pushed or pulled over a form until the steel is shaped into a hollow pipe.
Seamless alloy steel pipes are made through seamless technology, integrating multiple alloy elements to improve performance. They have the characteristics of high strength, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. They are widely used in industrial fields that have strict requirements on pipe performance.
Seamless steel pipe is a kind of hollow section, no joints around the strip of steel.
