1. Pretreatment stage
Uncoiling and welding
Unroll and connect the steel coils to ensure production continuity.
Degreasing and cleaning
Remove surface oil, iron powder and other impurities through alkaline washing, electrolytic cleaning and brushing to improve the cleanliness of the base material.
Pickling
Use hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid solution to remove iron oxide scale and rust to provide a clean surface for subsequent processing.
2. Heat treatment stage
Annealing process
Heat the steel strip under a hydrogen protective atmosphere to eliminate cold rolling hardening and restore the ductility and mechanical properties of the material.
3. Forming stage
Flattening and straightening
Eliminate the yield platform through rolling or stretching, improve the plate shape and straightness, and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Trimming and slitting
Cut the steel strip width according to demand and slit it into customized coils.
4. Post-processing stage
Surface oiling
Apply anti-rust oil to enhance short-term anti-rust ability and lubricity.
Coiling and packaging
Recoil and package the finished product for easy storage and transportation.
